DaveC
I got new ink and it is generic. The printer says that it will not accept it since it is not a true Epson product. Does anyone know a way around this? I did a search on Google and there was no viable advice. The printer ink is no longer available in the true product. Anyone? Eagles Dare
You'll probably have to get an Epson chip resetter and refill the original cartridges. Chip resetters are only around $5 on the den of thieves (Ebay). I'll have mine on the rocks.
seabass63
You have to take out the cartridge then put in again. You might have to do this several times before it accepts it. If this does not work try another cartridge, where again you might have to reinstall several times.
