Roadrunner
Will the Right now start refering to The Republican Party The Borrow And Spenders I have no idea what the 'Right' will do. I know that I have referred to the Republicans as 'borrowers and spenders'. And more than once. Connetquot
GWB has been at odds with the Republican Party for some time. Why do you think McCain had issue with his spending policies? It's not all about Bush. Really. Jeff B. Roadrunner
Bush could have chosen to use his 'Bully Pulpit' to lead, or even to just veto a couple of spending bills. He did'nt. His 8 years of budget inactions have cost the Republican Party everything, and helped them with nothing. He has become a walking, talking human disaster area. He has driven me from the Party, and I'm very nearly ashamed I was ever a Republican. I'll never again support the Republican Party, unless they return to fiscally responsible roots. He's set the Party back 25 years. Damn him and the horse he rode in on. "I think, that all right thinking people, are sick & tired of being told that they're sick & tired of being sick & tired. John Purser
Will the Right now start refering to The Republican Party The Borrow And Spenders It's only "borrowing" if you plan to pay it back. Check out the numbers. Since the GOP started running up the debt in the 1980s they haven't even tried to pay it back down. This is intergenerational theft. Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity over humanity, nothing exceeds most of the criticisms made on the habits of the poor by the well-housed, well-warmed, and well-fed. - Herman Melville

Wayne Tj
Take from the public and spend it on corporate subsidies Again, you've got me stumped on this one. You'll have to be more specific. But wait till you see the subsidies that Obama hands out to minority owned business owners and special interest groups, you haven't seen anything yet. BTW, subsidies is the grease that keeps the political machine from grinding to a halt, If you ask me, it should all be banned. America, the country so great that even its haters refuse to leave.
