bigpapamd1
fished on the headboat called the Paramount for sea bass and porgies. i wanted to get on the Big Jamaica or the Jamaica-II today but i have to work today. the fishin was slow mainly cause we traveled 45mins north but we could still see the beaches. caught 35 seabass (15 keeper between 13-15in, & 20 undersized c/r) and only 5 porgies. wished we could have traveled a little further off shore "BORN TO FISH" but "FORCED TO WORK"
HSW
Is this a joke post? Why would anyone complain about a day like that?
Joe
Yea, see my post in the "bottom reports" thread. Same boat, roughly the same amount of keepers for 2 guys. I did catch about a hundred more shorts though BTW there aint nothing, but Ling & Dogs further offshore. The fact that an opinion has been widely held is no evidence whatever that it is not utterly absurd
Sheisty
Nobody really has been limiting out on Sea Bass and Porgies like that. The closest thing i've heard so far this year was the Paramount getting close limits on ling (early to mid september). 15 keeper Sea Bass and 5 Porgies is a solid day all things considered. HSW
well i must hav done better than i expected!! That would have been an excellent trip for one of our local MD seabass boats this year. It has been a rough year. Heck that would have been a decent trip any year. That is a nice mess of fish.
FishNH
I'd kill for 15 fresh seabass
