crashq
Is anyone interested in seeing a step-by-step Newell disassembly procedure? I took some photos when I took one of my Newells apart, and can write up a procedure over the next day or two if anyone is interested.
jimmy z
Sure, that type on info is always worthy to see, and to have for a reference if needed. AKN-2 USS Sagittarius BE ENCOURAGING, NOT DISCOURAGING <*((())))>< <*((())))><

crashq
alan tani's already got a complete newell rebuild. Now that I am almost finished, you tell me! LOL. Actually, I know Alan. He lives around here and puts on reel maintenance seminars at some of the local shops. I have participated in one of them. I didn't realize that he had posted his rprocedure on that site ( which I occasionally frequent) I haven't posted my write-up yet, because I though I needed some better photos than some of the ones that I had already taken. I will likely still post it here within another week or so, because I had some additional info and some additional disassembly not included in his procedure.
