Little
How many of you have gone to the store and grabbed a few cans of tomatoes, only to get home and find you grabbed one can of maters and 2 cans of sauce? DOH! Made meatballs the other night. At the store I grabbed some "bread crumbs". Got home and saw they were the gluten free rice flour crumbs. oh well press on. This stuff worked out great! Hard to describe. Meatballs had a more meat texture, and less of a "mush" to them, and the crust from frying them was divine. I am putting a couple meatloafs on the kettle this afternoon and I am going to try it. Think I found a winner, rice crumbs/flour as a binder. “My happiness is not the means to any end. It is the end. Little
Mother in laws kitchen. Another month. In laws split for fla tonight, at least we have a "home" for the family. She handed me a bottle of thyme flakes the other day and said, "here is one of your fancy shmancy spices." Thyme. “My happiness is not the means to any end. It is the end. It is its own goal.
