I could have been persuaded to vote democrat had the candidate been moderate left, against any of the republican candidates other than John McCain.

Not sure that I could have been, but I might have been able to.

Moderate-right candidate vs. far-super-socialist-*******-lefty?

Easy choice.

View Postcwm27.gifcwm27.gifcwm27.gif I bet you say this every year.

Lotta "Independents" do this,

I think Sean Hannity is an independent.

carefully weighing each and every politician on the ballot,

studying them carefully to make sure the R appears after their names.

Tell you what--guess which candidate I voted for in every election since I was first eligible to vote, starting with 1972.

My 1980, 1988, 1992, 1996 and 2004 votes might come as a HUGE shock wink.gif

Yup---I voted for tank-boy in 1988. cwm27.gif

WOW...just WOW...

McCain voted Bush with 90% of the time, and its clear from her speeches that Palin would govern on principles rather than pragmatically based on the facts, so its same policies different Idiot.

4 more years ! cwm27.gif

Wait a second... I'm confused. Someone help me out here.

From what I've read here from the right, Bush is one of the best presidents we've ever had! All hail the glorious leader!

You would think a continuation of Bush policies would be great. Noting the likeness between Bush and McCain would be a good thing, right?

So how come every right winger is saying "McCain isn't Bush!"?

Are you now telling me that Bush isn't one of the best? That the eight years he's spent destroying the country is now bad? And McCain isn't like that?

Or is Bush still awesome and McCain is terrible but you're still going to vote for him.

Thanks.

Don't plan on voting for Palin in 2012. Her goose is stuffed and cooked already. Heard she shot it from a plane for having premarital gay sex... you betcha.
