On here it means to move it up to the top of the forum..

Folks use a single word "Bump" (or if in the Food Forum, sometimes "Burp") in a post to bring an old thread to the top of the forum page to bring it back to people's attention......and thus the "ttt" mentioned, being "To the top".......................
