most durable worm

I have found in my experience that the plastics that tend to be very soft and rip easily are the best fish catchers. It would be nice to have plastics that last but if I am catching fish I don't care if I blow through a bag of worms, senkos or tubes.

i noticed that culprit worms tend to slip instead of rip on strike, a good feature when the bass gulps it but it starts snagging is i miss a strike. the worm squirms and the hook come out on most strikes and hooks the bass. harder plastic seems it rip.

A friend recently showed me a very interesting trick. He has a little tool to put an o-ring over a Senko worm and then he hooks the Senko wacky style by hooking through the o-ring and not through the worm. This way the worm does not get damaged during a strike. He uses the same worm over and over.

He swears by it and it's the only way he fish with Senko's. I thought it was really interesting.
