TnT Vector 908-3 vs. 968-3

Hi all

Has anyone one of you had the chance to cast, or better yet fish, these two models side by side? I need another eight weight for the salt, that will double as a single-hand salmon rod (primarily with a floating line). I want the model with a bit more stiffness in the butt, but without sacrificing line speed and ease of casting.

 

Since these rods are on special order basis only now, I try to get some information in advance..
