They are a rip off!!! thumbd.gif Most places around me have the same prices for what they offer and you don't have to wait forever to get it. Think about the initiation fee. I think its over $3,000. How many things would you have to buy to make that up? If your refrigerator breaks down can you wait 4-5 weeks to replace it?

Don't do it, Brian! I met one lady in Keyport who seemed happy with their services, but that was b/c she purchased over $30k worth of items. She claimed she was saving $, and the merchandise was high quality.

In most places, it costs $5k to join. You really have to think about how much you will have to buy to justify the price savings. Check out these comments, learn from the experiences of others. - Dark

I'm in a retail furniture business ,to get back your membership costs is hard enough and with stores like mine that sell at large discount almost impossible . You have to deal with the factories they deal with and they are limited , you have to pick up or pay xtra for delivery etc. beware !

I know a few people who redid kitchens through direct buy, and they are not happy. Old saying, "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is".

Just imagine how happy you would be if you lost everything you have in life and then suddenly got it back
