Used for putting powder paint on jigs - makes the powder flow like a fluid by pumping air in from the bottom - works great if you do a lot of jigs.

Where? if Ebay it is not the same bed this one has a motor in the bottom. Now if you know the material that is in the bottom of the cup let me know!

This is the one made by the company (CSI) that makes/sells Pro-Tec powder paint (the earlier models did have a vibrating motor, but this feature was discontinued)

 

The unit sells for $102 from Jann's NC, extra dip cups are about $18.
