I prefer a good perferated notebook that way you dont have to worry about the chit getting all over the place...a good legal measured notebook will work. spiral is the best because you can store you pencil in there..if you need any more info give me a buzz

Love them. I am buying another one this week - not cheap if you load them up but the monitor it sweet.
