We all know about your love for catching these monsters. When you going to get real sporty and pick up a 00 wt rod?tongue.gif . Sage makes them!

I have an old SPL 8'-2", 2 Wt. The rod is a ton a fun. All fish fight like giant tuna. It will surprise you the size of fish you can catch on the small rods.

 

I took it fishing to South Chile a few years ago. A local friend of mine who owns a lodge there looked at me like I was green when I rigged it up an put it in the boat. The most fun we had was taking turns sight fishing using the 2 wt and throwing tiny dries to very large trout cruising the surface and vacuuming up everything around foam linescwm12.gif. He now owns a 2 wt.
