Life is strange around the mass. Coast line with all of the species we have lost over the years , but the high low rig still is an effective rig for fluke and even striped bass inside the canal. WE often would rig them up just with a three way swivel rig with and without a float on the line Cast them out and walk along the road until a hook up or a structure prevented you from continuing. It was much easier to do back in another time however.
