I'm thinkin' it would be nice to head south for a couple/few days...and tog, tog, tog on an open boat or even a charter boat on some truly big fish waters smile.gif

Anyone interested in doing some legwork to see what kinda options we could entertain?

I'm definetly in. Internet search reveals 10 tog allowed in DE, MD lets you keep 5 fish and VA regs say 7 fish, all 14" or over. Therefore, we should probably stay north. Scotty

Scotty, I'm not sure about the rest of the folks...but I'm looking for real big tog...the kind that make yer knees weak...the kind that I'd catch, tag and release all day long smile.gif How many I can keep is the absolute last thing I'm worried about wink.gif

So long as I can keep that one over 15# when I get it HappyWave.gif

In the spring, there's toggin' to do around here...and bass fishin...and other stuff. That's why I'm personally interested in heading down when there's nuttin' else to do here - and they still have excellent toggin' down there smile.gif

Tim I would love to venture down south keep me in mind, If you don't remember who I am I'm the guy on the Tog Patrick who asked you about Ted S. I'm still trying to get his son Todd out. As far as traveling I would be up for any weekend trip in the next couple of weeks. icon14.gificon14.gif

I don't know beans about tog fishing but I think those big fish are more prevalent on the lower peninsula. After all IRI is only about 20 miles south of Cape May.

I might be wrong though, I don't know beans about fish that only bite in the daylight and won't hit plugs.

But I'd like to tag along, Lend me a rod Tim?
