  1. I have 9mm Smith and Wesson steel 9mm with (4) magazines and a half box of ammo (50 rounds). (2) of the magazines (black) were not kept in the case and have surface rust, I've never dropped them in the gun with rust and you can keep or throw away but the (2) stainless ones are good to go either way. No issues. Case included. I'm looking for a Canal worthy reel, preferably Shimano in the 8K-14K size range. Prefer no shipping, especially for trade. Sale price: $300
  2. I live in FL and purchased a S&W 945 handgun from a friend in NY. He transferred ownership of the weapon at the PD to the NY FFL and delivered the gun to the NY FFL dealer we had selected on June 10, 2017 and I have still not received the weapon. Needless to say, I have made numerous calls to the NY FFL and have only reached a person 2 times. Both times they said it had shipped and they did not have the tracking info available at that time, but would call me back shortly to provide me tracking info. The last contact was with the holder of the FFL himself on 7/8. They never have called me back. Most calls, after it rings for awhile get a fax machine tone. Other times it gets to a mialbox that says it is full. Rarely do you ever get a chance to leave a voicemail. In the background of all this is reports of this gun shop owner who holds the FFL being seriously injured at his other job. My friend, the seller of the handgun, has visited the shop and was assured that after two weeks, the gun was safe and sound in the safe in the NY gun shop and indeed the owner was hurt (he was shown the package). That was actually a relief, because we had feared it lost. During my chat with the owner on 7/8 he indicated that the gun had indeed shipped twice and was returned twice because of a mismatch in the shipping address provided to shipping addy listed to the FFL number, and that he had called my FL FFL, Frogbones, to tell them about the inaccuracy on their FFL. He told me that they had worked it out, and he shipped the firearm again and would call me right back with the tracking info. He never did do that. I called Frogbones to learn more about their inaccuracies on their FFL and them returning shipment, but none of the managers there have any recollection of talking to the NY FFL or returning any shipments, or having to change (correct) their website. The seller double checked the duplicate copy of the PW he provided the NY FFL for transfer to Frogbones and it was completely accurately matched the Frogbones website. Up to this point I have remained very patient and compassionate due to his injury, but his, and his staffs failure to provide any tracking info, Frogbones inability to corroborate his story, and his missed commitments to call me back to communicate with me has me seeking other avenues. One is to start telling my story on his facebook page, and that I don't need any help with. What I need advice on is the process of going back to PD where the owner transferred the ownership. Is it possible for the owner to get possession of the firearm back? Anybody have experience in this area? Thanks, Kurt
