Looking for some help on Delaware permit. I’m a non resident and I will be spending some time at a beach home in Lewes area. I wanted to do some surf fishing from the beach near the house I’m staying. I’m not sure if I still need a permit to fish the surf. Is the permit that’s sold for vehicles to drive up on the beach or do you need a permit regardless? I saw online that non resident permit is $180 but I got conflicting info that states a fishing permit for 7 days is $15. Any info on this matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks In Advance.

Can you please tell me where to go to get a permit to fish or crab in Island Heights?

Hey folks, Excited to be heading to Belize in July. Couched under my "40th Birthday Present", I started pitching it to my wife four or five years ago, and it's officially got the green light. Even my toddler daughters approve, too. I'll be posted up on Caye Caulker July 18-22, and I'm excited to be down there when the bigger poons are on the move. Other misc. details: the new moon falls on the 20th. I think I'll carry an 8-11wts down with me, (including my 10wt CTS Affinity X-Herb Special (my first build)). I'm also bringing down an older T&T Vector and a Bauer M4 reel to donate to the local high school fly fishing program on the island. If anyone has landed in that neck of the woods, I'd love to hear about your experience. Any insights you can share about tides/moons, water temps, feeding habits, etc. I'm sure I'll get it all from the guide, but I need something to preoccupy my time with.

What is a state 4x4 permit, and what beaches can you drive on with it?

Hello! New to beach fishing and 4x4 beach access. I purchased my 4x4 permit after the new year and the permits desk really was not knowledgeable around what is allowed at specific beaches. I have been fishing Demo during the day on the inlet side and leaving promptly as the sun is setting as i was informed id be ticketed (per the permit desk kid). Last night as i was packing up i noticed trucks pulling up and setting up tents in the back bed. I walked over and asked him what the rules were? He informed me that you can be on Demo for 48 hours at a time, that you are allowed to camp, but no permanent structures are allowed and tents cannot touch the sand. Also on the way out i noticed some people with a campfire at the edge of the surfing beach (RM side). Can anyone direct me to a site/ webpage that lists the complete rules and regulations? All permits desk provided was the requirements for 4x4 access (tow rope, shovel, board etc) Thanks!
