Hey guys, I have been searching the forum and have found lots of threads on different recommendations for lenses. I have a pair of old Maui Jims model now discontinued (Shoreline MJ114) that I loved the clarity of the lens and neutral tone of the grey lens. Over time the lens cracked, sent to MJ, but they didn't have replacement lenses. They are still usable but there is a crack which doesn't impede vision Last year I bought a pair of Costas Blue mirror 580G WhiteTip. With these I felt the color popped a bit more towards reddish/copper in a pleasant way. Last month I dropped them and one of the lenses cracked, now unusable Fit with the MJs was a bit more comfy I think, but both have their niche uses. So my question is regarding replacement lenses Are there OEM replacement for the MJs? I have found Revant and Fuse replacement and lenses for the both, but seem to be polycarbonate, CDM has 580G lenses for 100$ on their website Any preferences vs the original glass ones? I am a bit of a snob for good quality VISION (not brands) and I love the glass on both Thanks

Looking to sell Costa Sullivan Sunglasses (Frame Color: MATTE TORTOISE, Lens Material: Polarized Glass (580), Lens Color: Gray Silver Mirror) for $200. They retail for $250. Have only worn them a few times - no scratches/scuffs on lenses, top of the frame is lightly scuffed but hardly noticeable. Open to trades for reel or rod too. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm going to do some fishing from shore on the pacific coast of costa rica for a few weeks and was wondering if I could get some suggestions on what tackle would be best since I'm a complete newbee to fishing from shore. I've read a lot of the existing threads and am currently thinking about the following set up: - Okuma Nomad Travel Surf Rod NTS-S-1004MH Other options are the Okuma Nomad Travel Surf Rod NTS-S-904M or the St. Croix Triumph Surf Travel Rod TSRS90M4 or St. Croix Triumph Surf Travel Rod TSRS100M4. Which of these is best suited? Is the 1004MH overpowered for the job? Or are the others underpowered? - Penn Spinfisher VI 5500 Does this reel balance well with the above mentioned rods? Too smal or big? Is it suitable for long casts from shore? - Power Pro Spectra Fiber Braided Fishing Line 30lbs for mainline Does this choice of main line balance well with the rod and reel? - Seaguar Blue Label Fluorocarbon Leader 40lbs for short leader - Spro Power Swivel 130lbs to attach leader to mainline - Tactical Anger's Power Clips 125lbs to attach lure to leader Is this set up well balanced? Am I missing anything? Which lures are recommended? Also how would I go about setting up a live bait rig and what tackle would I need for it? Any suggestions very welcome. Thanks in advance!

I have 3 Paris of Brand New Costas In Boxes w/ Zippered Cases. They are all 580P: 1. Peninsula Black Frame/Copper Lenses $105 shipped 2. Rockport Silver Frame / Blue Mirrored Lenses $115 shipped 3. Rockport Silver Frame / Grey Lenses $105 shipped I ordered them while ago and cannot return them. They are all great, but too small for my head. Peninsula - Medium, Rockports are larger then Peninsula, but temples are a bit short for me to be 100% comfortable. But it's me. I have large head You can check all the specs online if you want to.
