I am contemplating buying a ZX22 to pair with a 10’ Century Stealth. I have so many questions but I will boil them down to a few of the most important: What are the size comparisons to the VSX series? How do they preform in the long term compared to the VSX series? How is customer service with Zeebaas (2022)? Pros and Cons that you have from experience with the reel….

There is a little bit of dried silicone near the bottom on the foot. $45 shipped. Guys, I have been surf fishing for nearly thirty years. Just the last few years I have been building a collection of high end gear. There is a big difference forsure. I own Van staal reels and like them. I have been in the market for a Zee Baas reel but I am not sure how the sizes compare to a Vanstaal. I own a VS200,VS150 and VS100. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

rare 1st gen ZB 27 black serial number #172 original spool and body weathered to bronze some cosmetic rash but 10/10 mechanically this thing is an absolute unit. indestructible, waterproof, smooth as silk drag If you are man enough to fish 40 lbs of drag, this thing can winch anything in spare 27 spool hand carried to Stratford for service. New gear clutch, new main bearing, new main clutch, 4 new front bearings, new spring retainer and spacer. Not fished since serviced Who's still sitting on some stimulus $? Get a reel your grandkids will still be using in 50 years..... These don't hit the market often $800 + actual shipping/insurance charges. Can do local sale if in NH/MA

Starting a new thread for these. Selling a great condition early Zeebaas 25, early Gen 2 serial number. Purchased from a member here not too long ago, since serviced it. The top drag cap holes are filled with a clear silicone you can hardly notice but if not wanted you can simply poke out the silicone with a broken Q-tip. Function is 10/10, cosmetics 8.8/10 only small scratches on side plate hardly noticeable. Comes with Original box, regular handle knob, brand new power knob(currently installed), Allen wrench, with additional full pickup arm if wanted to make into a duel and whatever else is shown. Asking $800 shipped. Second is a Brand new Visser #6, never fished. Was sent back to Visser out of box for AR backplay. AR was replaced and sent back and has been sitting in the box since. Asking $500 shipped. Not looking for trades at this time, need to sell off some surf gear.

I'm selling my ZX22/20 rotor and ZX22 Spool. Both are like mint. I'm selling them because I already have two 1st Zeebaas setup, one as ZX-22/20 and one as ZX-25/27. And these extra parts have not been used. The spool doesn't have the ZX22 label but I compared the diameter and size next to my 22 1st gen and it's exactly the same size. Paypal - $325 shipped

First "WTB" thread on SOL. Looking for a newer US production GOOD condition ZX25/27 in Blue/Black, Tuxedo, or Silver. Preferably good to great cosmetic and function, will not low ball anyone for the right reel. However I am also not looking for a super limited or early gen display piece. (I do also have a BNIB VSB200SXP bailed reel or a BNIB VS200SXP if anyone would prefer a trade.)
