  1. This comes as no surprise at all. How many times were we told these voting machines had no connectivity? Now we find out they could be covertly connected to the internet with a SIM card?? Yeah, 80 million votes for Biden, that's a farce.
  2. Take from it what you will. Frankly, I'm convinced we are living in the Twilight Zone. No way Biden won. None!
  3. Connections for "sensitive machines"? What the hell is that about? Weren't we told machines were not connected to the internet?
  4. This can't ever happen again... Heads need to roll and laws changed. Michigan certified the election results in November claiming Joe Biden won by 154,000 votes. Michigan’s 2020 election was run by crooks. A forensic ballot count of all the ballots in Detroit, if not the entire state, should be performed.
  5. But there's no fraud....
  6. This is what Congress needs to see on the 6th!
  7. Pence may have a bigger role in this.... I hope he puts the screws to the SoS that have allowed this farce to continue.
  8. Well, well, well... What will the Trump legal team do following this? There are 240,000 indefinitely confined cases in Wisconsin this year. Most are illegitimate and these were unquestionably votes for Joe Biden.
  9. 3 states with similar "pristine" ballots! What are the odds? WI, MI & GA.. It must be a coincidence!
  10. First off, I'm in the camp of "Do Not Concede".... It's back to being a States Issue and we must address the voter fraud there. As for foreign interference, how many countries are involved? China, Russia and Iran have been mentioned but a few others may come into play such as Germany (servers). 39 days have passed since the election. Note the 45 day timeline in the following EO. The Trump administration saw this coming. We are under a state of emergency regarding this and he's put tools in place to deal with these countries and any other parties and people who are complicit. I'll be waiting for action on this one. There's not much time to get this done....
  11. This is from 6 days ago. Was this covered in a thread I missed? Michigan State Police arrest celebrated Democratic official on six felony charges of election fraud by Law Officer December 12, 2020 in Investigations, Sherikia Hawkins is facing election fraud charges. (City of Southfield/Michigan State Police) OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Michigan State Police have arrested a recently celebrated Democratic Party official on several felony charges related to voter discrepancies. The Michigan official who earlier this year received an award from the state’s Democratic Party is now facing six felony charges for reportedly forging records and falsely marking absentee ballots as invalid during the 2018 election, reported The Detroit News. Sherikia Hawkins, 38, city clerk for the city of Southfield, was arrested Monday after the Oakland County Clerk’s office noticed discrepancies in voter counts while certifying absentee ballots from Southfield. State police investigated and found that records had been altered so that nearly 200 voter files were improperly listed as invalid. “Our elections are the foundation of our democracy, and under my and Attorney General [Dana] Nessel’s administration there will be no tolerance for any actions that undermine that foundation — anywhere, anytime, by any person or official,” Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said in a statement. According to court documents, Michigan police found that 193 absentee voter files were changed in the city’s computer system to say they either had no signature or no return date, when they had both valid signatures and return dates. Police stated that after Oakland County Election Director Joseph Rozell found that Hawkins had submitted altered reports, his staff found the original ones in a trashcan at the election division office. Benson insisted that the alleged fraud did not affect the outcome of the election. “All valid votes in the election were ultimately counted and the final official vote total was accurate,” she said, according to The Detroit News. Sherikia Hawkins is facing election fraud charges. (City of Southfield/Michigan State Police) Hawkins’ arrest comes just months after she was honored May 18 at the Michigan Democratic Party’s Legacy Dinner, where she received the Dingell/Levin Award. In 2017, she was listed among the “40 under 40” by the Michigan Chronicle, according to a government bio from her previous role as Pontiac city clerk. At the time, Hawkins made history as the first African-American elected as Southfield city clerk, according the city’s website. She also had administered 16 elections in Oakland County and holds a master municipal clerk designation from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. “Sherikia takes pride in using unconventional methods to engage the community in voting,” the website says. Her term is set to expire in 2021. Hawkins was charged with falsifying records in violation of state election law, forgery of a public record, misconduct in office and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime. The top count carries a maximum penalty of 14 years in prison, Fox News reported. She was arraigned on Monday and released on $15,000 bond, according to a state press release. Hawkins has a probable cause conference set for Sept. 30, and another hearing scheduled for Oct. 15. Despite what looks like a ton of evidence pointing toward Hawkins, her attorneys said that it was just a technicality, WXYZ reported. Attorney David Jones said that Hawkins has overseen problem-free elections in the past and had no motive to change absentee ballots. “In fact Jocelyn Benson and Dana Nessel’s own press conference indicates that there was no voter disenfranchisement,” Jones pointed out. “So while there may have been some technical issues with regard to the voter list or the results, no voter was disenfranchised. Every vote was counted. I think this is a matter of something, technicality over substance, and I think she is going to be vindicated.” The AG’s Public Integrity Unit will prosecute the case. ——— UPDATE: Hawkins is scheduled to return to court March 10 for a preliminary hearing, reported The Oakland Press.
  12. This might get real fun... Presidential election If no candidate for president receives an absolute majority of the electoral votes, pursuant to the 12th Amendment, the House of Representatives is required to go into session immediately to choose a president from among the three candidates who received the most electoral votes. Each state's delegation votes en bloc, with each having a single vote. A candidate must receive an absolute majority of state delegation votes (currently 26 votes) to become the president-elect. The House continues balloting until it elects a president. As a consequence of the state delegation voting method, the party that holds the majority in the House could still lose the contingent election if the minority party holds the majority of state delegations.[5] The District of Columbia, which is not a state, does not receive a vote; the 23rd Amendment, which grants the district electoral votes, does not grant the District of Columbia a vote in contingent elections. Historically, a delegation that did not give a majority of its vote to any one candidate was marked as "divided" and thus did not award its vote to any candidate. This practice, set by House rule, was responsible for turning the Jefferson–Burr election of 1801 into a multiple ballot election. This rule was also followed in 1825 but was not a factor in the outcome. The contingent presidential elections to date have been held in closed session, with the vote of each individual representative not being revealed outside the House Journal. The Constitution does not require a contingent election to be in closed session, and a future contingent election could be held in an open session with public voting.[2] Vice-presidential election If no candidate for vice president receives a majority of the electoral votes, pursuant to the 12th Amendment, the Senate is required to go into session immediately to choose the vice president from the two candidates who received the most electoral votes. Unlike in the House, senators cast votes individually in this election. Because the Senate votes independently from the House during a contingent election, the House's presidential selection and the Senate's vice presidential selection could be from opposing parties.[6] Additionally, the 12th Amendment requires an "majority of the whole number" of Senators (currently 51 of 100) to elect the vice president in contingent election. In practical terms, this means that an absence or an abstention from voting is equivalent to a negative vote and may impair the ability of both candidates to win election.[7] The explicit constitutional language about election by a majority of the whole number of senators may preclude the sitting vice president from breaking any tie which might occur,[8] although some academics and journalists have speculated to the contrary.[6]

  15. Great synopsis of The Fraudulent 2020 Election. How anyone with a shred of integrity can not support a full investigation of these issues, is beyond me. I had no idea the "Swamp's" depth was greater than Challenger Deep.
  16. And so it begins.... The Electoral College will not be making the election decision. Too many states will not have certified the election in time . Other states will be considered in dispute and will not be counted. Hang on for the ride... Edited 11 minutes ago by J (see edit history)
  17. If an entity wanted to throw an election, it does not appear as though it would be all that difficult... When there is a will, there is a way.
