I have a NEVER USED SSV6500 LL w/Blue 50#Power Pro, and three SSV's ---- all used for various parts of two seasons / but in great condition / well maintained always rinsed and lubed after each use: SSV5500 (Blue 50#PP) / SSV4500 (Blue 30#PP), SSV3500 (Blue 30#PP) --- looking to trade for older VS100 or VS150.   3. Hi there, Father's Day came early this year. New surf rod (Penn Prevail 12ft 8-12kg). Wondering what reel to match with it. Choosing between the Penn SSV6500LL or SSV8500LL. Wondering if the 8500 may be too heavy for this rod. Would the 6500 suffice? Mainly chasing tailor, mulloway and the odd shark. Cheers & thanks for the advice :-)
