  1. I dug out some more watches in the basement cleanup. I remember i had these years ago when i first got into watches. Then i eventually kept going higher up the ladder. I remember i wore them once or twice only. So its in excellent condition. Still to this day. Great daily tool watches at a nice value price. The Seikos are modified from a brand new base SNZH55 sport seiko 5. One into a Tudor blackbay homage, and other into a Doxa homage. Homage watches are just watches you play around with and modify the looks into another classic watch. The doxa bezel also glows. I remember I paid my watch guy $400 back then with parts and labor each watch. The Orient is a Mako XL. Again i think i wore it once. Got it new Orient direct. Nice day-date function. Seikos $200 shipped each. Orient $180 shipped. Take all 3 for $500 shipped. sweeten the deal. cant go wrong at this price. all 3 for $470 shipped.
  2. gonna let this go. had it for a long time and only used it sparingly, probably only 10 times over the years. I used this when im fishing sides of jetties or night time areas with an OMCPS12 heaver. throwing an entire or half a bunker for bass. usually a good bass, then release and go home. dont bring some much bait with me. its in great great condition. no corrosion anywhere. its a JDM version of the Sealine X 40SHV/SHA, MADE IN JAPAN. Hence the Grandwave-X name. The SHV were made in japan, while the later SHA were from Thailand/Malaysia? if I remember correctly. Has stock drags, getting some carbons from smoothdrag for a few bucks would be a great upgrade. Reel is a casting machine, its form factor is about the same as a Saltiga Surf 30. The 50 is the wider version of this reel. This 40 is the same width as a 30. Has centrifugal brakes and loud ass clicker. No IAR, clicking mechanical dog (no fails! if it clicks! it works! no guessing!) legendary reel especially on the west coast with the tuna guys. does well on open beach casting 15-40lb mono, or braid. has great capacity and not that big you cant hold it. its only a few millimeters taller than a 30 size. no obtrusive flat stamped foot, unlike that POS on the 20/30SH, that digs into your finger. Old reel. No box or clamp, clamps arent neccassary for this line class reel. Daiwa US still has parts for this reel by the way. I called and checked. $160 shipped venmo, or the likes, mo, check. $150 local pickup 11209 bayridge brooklyn ny.
