I'm probably mostly bitching here cause I know I'm going to get down to the real work but, a long time ago my father glued a fake tile linoleum to the oak flooring that is original to the house. It's only in the foyer and upstairs landing, but the problem is the intricate job dad did covering stairs. Anyone remove glue from oak flooring?

Hello all. I'm sure it must have been asked before but I can't find a thread with an answer. Is it possible to sucessfully repair by gluing pieces of a penn senator plate back together. I purchased a 114h...red side plates, US made senator from the bay and it arrived with a few slithers of the right side plate rattling around in the packaging. They are in a critical area as the bearing cup and bearing have fallen out. The RH plate is unobtainable in my parts...or on the bay at the moment. It is now a junk reel without it and obviously not economically viable to purchase a second reel, or accuplates etc for the part. Has anyone used a glue that works? I was thinking one of the new 2 part polyurethane glues like JB Weld plastic bonder 50133 might work...but there might be other solutions? Maybe someone can tell me the type of plastic that these plates are made of to help my quest? And regards to all in these difficult days.
