Reviewing...Republican Ted Cruz may be more spineless, valueless, and worthless than Lindsay Graham... Trump called him "Lying Ted," said his wife was ugly, and that his father had a role in the JFK assisination. Ted Cruz called Trump a "pathological liar," "utterly amoral, "a narcissist at a level I don't think this country's ever seen" and "a serial philanderer." He suggested that Trump may have ties to the Mafia. He said that "if I were in my car and getting ready to reverse and saw Donald in the backup camera, I'm not confident which pedal I'd push." Cruz also refused to endorse Trump in a primetime speech at the 2016 Republican National Convention. ...and yet...here's spineless Ted bowing down and proudly announcing a dinner with Trump to plan future adventures together...

It is with continued glee that AOC continues to babble in public. At South by Southwest yesterday she was speaking about Reagan being a racist and said that “I think all of these things sound radical compared to where we are,” she concluded, “but where we are is not a good thing. And this idea of like, ten percent better than garbage, it shouldn’t be what we settle for.” She is, like, the best. Question is will this amount to anything? Reminds me of Michelle talking about finally being proud to be an American.

I'll qualify this thread by saying I'm not a smoker and don't really hang around with any smokers so hopefully my observations are way off. It seems to me that 100% of the people I see smoking cigarettes litter their butts. On the street, down the sewer, out the car window, into the ocean/lake etc. - very little thought goes into the flick. Hell, most cars don't even make ashtrays anymore unless you order it. Not wanting to generalize entirely, I'll assume that somewhere on this planet there exists a percentage of smokers that properly dispose of their cigarette butts EVERY time they smoke (I definitely don't think it's in Manhattan) Since cigarette butts are 98% plastic and completely full of toxins, I'd like to thank the 1% (and hopefully more) of smokers I've never met who don't litter (especially since much of that plastic is bound to end up in our food stream at some point - especially the part going into the ocean)
