  1. Big Biscuit
    West Haven has supposedly set up kiosks at all of the beach parking lots. At these kiosks you'll have to scan a qr code with your cell phone. Then it'll bring you to website where you can pay for parking at the rate of $5 an hour or $30 for the day. Residents of waste haven get free parking as long as their car taxes are up to date. The police will be using license plate readers to see who's a resident, who's up to date on their taxes, and who's an out of towner. I for one will not be paying those prices. I'll park on a side street and ride my bike down to the beach.
