  15. Thanks for all the input guys! First evening I tried the balloon method. I rushed to the spot eagerly and got everything set up only to be disappointed by the absence of the shad. Like a fart in the wind they were gone. The next time the shad were there but unfortunately the bass weren't. The balloon method worked out functionally exactly how I would have liked it to. I will definitely try the other methods soon enough. I haven't given up on this just yet!
  16. It's funny, i don't give these fish enough credit. haha. I guess free lining is the the popular choice. There's a pretty good current there when it's at it's peak. 8oz pyramids just holds. This! This is what I was looking for. I love this idea. Thanks, Rick! Thanks everyone for the input!
  17. I like this idea due to its simplicity. The fish should eventually work it's way down the water column.
