  1. Thanks dude. Lol
  2. Would you do the same for a sinking line as well, not just tip?
  3. Thanks guys. I was thinking more along the lines of sink rate. I want something that will sink at almost same rate as like, correct?
  4. I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice on what to use for a leader and or tippet on such a fast sinking line? Scott at BD suggested something while I was too busy being overwhelmed by everything in store. I think he mentioned poly to flouro? This set up will be primarily for fishing the rips at Monomoy. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  5. Any still available? I would be happy to take some off your hands. Just getting into tying so these could help me get some ideas.
  6. Haha! I will keep that mind.
  7. True, six guys prefer targeting stripers.
  8. Hey guys, trying to put together a bachelor party and thought I might be able to find some advice on here. Does anyone one have any recommendations?
  9. Thats look great! What size hook?
  10. Just looking for some input on SA line. I've got some "mid range" rod and reels and not trying to skimp on line, but have a connection that can get lines at a significantly discounted rate. Any opinions would be appreciated. I'm considering the "Sonar Titan" for sinking 10wt line and the "Frequency" floating for a 9wt spool. Cheers
  11. I know this is a long shot, but I figure it's worth a shot! Either color works for me. Thanks
  12. Got it, thanks! I totally understand not and think it's complete BS as well...
  13. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the quota is not changing therefore more fish are not being taken. I also believe that Nov. 1st as a closure date might be a month sooner than previous years.
  14. That's an awesome looking fly! Newbie here as well and have been hearing a lot about "A Perfect Fish," so I thought I should buy one.... I was caught off guard by the price tag. lol
  15. Call Redington, a friend of mine lost a tip to an old rod and they told him they would give him %60 of entire online cart! With a maximum of $1,000 total. He took full advantage. Good luck!
