  1. Only really have plugs but certainly not enough to make the difference.
  2. Only got $500 to spend :[
  3. Looking to spend under $500
  4. bump, still looking
  5. Always been happy with samsung. Never really had a problem. I've had a refurbished samsung for a little over 5 years now, no problems at all.
  6. Going to pass on that one for now, I'll let you know if I change my mind. Thank you for the offer though.
  7. Little old, but personally love the Long cast Yo-Zuris, Dont really see a difference between the regular Crytal minnows, other than obviously they are heavier and are a bigger size, action wise, I see no difference.
  8. Looking for a USED VS200, unfortunately, can't afford a new VS which is why I stress it being used. Preferably not looking for a reel that has gone through a few wars, but a fairly used reel. Located in Hollywood, FL, 33024. (For shipping needs) Any information on the reel would be appreciated, such as serial no. , last time serviced, etc. PP or cash if a local meetup is possible. Thank ya's.
  9. I've been thinking of purchasing a 200 sized Van Staal from here pretty soon. Is there a significant difference between the VSX and the VS other than the line lay? Also, is the line lay that big of a problem where the VSX is much more worth it?
  10. I've been using Jerry Brown for about 3 years now, 0 complaints. Longest I recall having it on a reel is about a year, only reason I changed it was because it was getting a little low on the spool. It's a little pricey, but it's worth the money IMO.
  11. I got a buddy who uses it for Snook and Tarpon here in Florida, he loves it. He's put multiple 100lb class fish in there place with the reel. As far as bottom fishing, I don't think you'll have a problem with it.
  12. Awesome man, they are a blast from the beach.
  13. I use a JanSport backpack, lots of room and very light. Lasts me about 2 years or so depending on how I take care of it.
  14. From my personal experience, pretty much all of them scratch pretty easily. The problem you're having with them bubbling may be because they are a plastic lens and the polarized film might just be melting off. Eventually most plastic lenses kinda just deteriorate. I highly recommend Maui Jims, Costas, and on the cheaper end the Calcutta sunglasses.
  15. Not too sure how different Albies are to our Bonitas here in Florida, but you can literally catch them on anything. They are extremely aggressive and do not care what you're even throwing. I catch them on the pier here on diamond jigs. As soon as it lands in the water they are all over it.
