  1. nice job dude. informative read
  2. no experience for me. i used an ambassador before the lexa. also had a levelwind. the lexa is so much more comfortable in my hand all day long.
  3. pretty sure its around 22lbs at max drag. its held up to a solid 5 years of hard use and hasn't failed me once.
  4. just started fishing a tsunami trophy slow pitch rod. its been an awesome rod so far. paired it with a lexa 300. excellent tog rig fishing setup. i like to fish the jig on spinning gear.
  5. been seeing lots of bonito around still. but theyre practically impossible to target. they havent been staying up long enough to get a proper cast at em. I have not seen an albie in weeks.
  6. ive tried it and had the same experience. it seemed to call all the small bait stealing fish.
  7. nice fish and nice beach. i only managed a few drum last time i was in the area
  8. bone heddon super spook or a hopkins
  9. i prefer all fall days. its tough when you have to decide what you want to fish for. Between the albies, stripers, and tog, the options are all a blast. the weather conditions will aid in my decision on what to do that day.
