Well, I wanted one prior to buying my toro for just fluking the surf. I guess I still had that itch so I did buy it. Problem now is, I need to get another rod.

He just lowered the price to 70, shipped. I think I'm going to grab it.

Not too familiar with this one. Have an offer to buy it for $100 shipped and in really great shape. Not looking for info on other reels, only this one. Don't need it that bad but would like to have it for a rainy day, just in case. Any info on it would be appreciated.... Thanks.

They look great. That is how I do my stocked trout and Keuka lake lakers. You took out the center bone but not the rib bones?

It's still virgin. Bought the rod about 20 years ago and just forgot about it. But it will be used this summer, guaranteed.

I'll be using this on the beach this year.

I started with 832 on most of my freshwater spinning reels and it lasted quite a while. Got to expensive and decided to go the kastking route. We'll, not even a quarter into the season, faded and got very flimsy. Probably would be OK for a Saturday every other month. Power pro gave me too many knots. Went back to 832 and still use it today.

Received the reel. It is very nice, better than advertised, and I am really looking forward to using it. This is what I will be using it on.
