  1. nchit, if you ever speak with him could you please ask him to send me a PM....... Many thanks, Mike
  2. Hello Kevin, I sent him a PM a few days ago but no response yet???????? I hope all is going well. Thanks, Mikel
  3. Hey Moocks, even you are welcome here... Currently the line is only 17 blocks long..... But with all your senior issues & also being a veteran I can probably get you a spot in the eighth block...Be sure to bring your favorite blanket & walker....
  4. Damn.............. U got some really fine looking plugs there...........
  5. Hello Tim, I have no idea where he is from......If I had to guess I'd say NJ.............. Thanks, Mike
  6. Nice picture.... THANKS............ Mike
  7. Hello RC, In doing some searching I did come across that Segmented woodturning site... I was not sure however whether or not it was the same Tom Lohman. I have 2 of his metal lip plugs that I believe I traded him for 2 of mine around 20 years ago. .. One a huge herring pattern pikie & the other a slender olive green pikie but with a "River Runt" type face on it. His craftsmanship is impeccable.... Thank you for your response...... Mike
  8. Marc, I think you have to make several posts before you can send or receive personal messages..... At any rate I live in Santa Cruz & you are welcome to stop by my shop any time you like. If you have any questions about our coastal striper fishing or plugs etc. I will gladly try answer them. Hang in there..... Mike
  9. Marc, check your PM's...... Mike
  10. Thank you Adam42.... Your input is appreciated...
  11. No harm done Mark..... My point was it does not take months to get a Fixter plug........
  12. AMEN to that Mr. Moocks.............. I guess I'm feeling grumpy after major back surgery #5....... Or maybe it's the pain meds............Get yourself healthy......When I am back in the saddle those Red tail are in for a whooooooopin........................
  13. Does anyone out there have info on Tom Lohman? He & I traded a couple plugs several years ago..... His craftsmanship impeccable.. I was wondering if anyone out there has any of his work & also wondering if he is still around? Thanks... Mike
  14. Just keep the darn thing..... u need a new purse anyway....
  15. I sure hope this holds up for you. There are definitely various options out there to consider. After considering all my options & discussing them with different doctors I just underwent my 5th major back surgery on Sept 7th.....which fused L-2 & L-3. along with all the typical hardware. In my case the doctors felt the ortho/less invasive procedure would not hold up for more than a year & then I would have to go the fusion route. Many of the nerves in my affected area relate to bladder & bowel control (or loss there of) & I just don't feel like crapping or pissing my pants just yet... Happy birthday to me.... I hit 76 years today.....
