Sorry for the delay. Lots going on and new group to show the ropes. All winners are posted but I understand you can’t see all winners Winners will be contacted starting tomorrow Tuesday 3/8 Please do not call the school as they do not have direction on how to distribute the raffles nor do they have the raffles in possession. Thanks everyone for attending the show and supporting the club just wanted to put a note out that raffle winners will be posted Monday afternoon (the kids get to do the work) and either I or one of the top kids in the club will contact you to let you know you won the raffle starting tomorrow afternoon/evening

*****SHOW UPDATE**** with the governors statement yesterday and confirmation from building administration, masks are no longer mandatory and the capacity will no longer be capped at 1000

There is an outdoor patio that everyone can utilize just west of the trucks i know this is dependent on weather inside there isn’t really the room for it

Got word today that we are able to host the show I’ve been in contact with the vendors and working on seminar lineups as we speak couple of wrinkles for this year: ***As of right now, masks are mandatory for all people inside of schools. If you plan on attending, you are required to wear one. If the state mandate changes…. ***we are limiting attending patrons to 1000 at any given time as we don’t want the show to be overcrowded. This may cause for some temporary waits during peak hours of the show (9am till noon usually) ***the only entrance door is the south side, auditorium doors. Our security detail will direct you to that entrance ***we will have a shuttle bus made available from a parking lot TBD to the show door entrance more info will be posted here about the show happy and psyched to be back

We are planning on hosting the Ward Melville Show on March 5th in a modified format. Things can change between now and then that are out of our control but we are hopeful we can host the show. More details to come in January.
