  1. I was in the same situation when I first making my own jig. Make yourself a fluid bed, and get yourself a used toaster oven. You will be very pleased with the results.
  2. Best thing to do is to save your money for a good airbrush such as an Iwata. Then go on line and print a 40% off coupon for Michael's craft store or Hobby Lobby and get yourself a good one. That is probably cheaper than buying a used one. You can buy it online and save a trip. I hated my first airbrush because it was cheap and didn't work well but I love using my Iwata and so does my daughter. Good luck..
  3. I recently did some research on powder coating guns/kits and some of the kits include special masking tape (probably some type of high temperature plastic) that can be used to keep the powder coating off areas that you do not want coated. Check out manufactures of powder coating guns.
  4. Some pencil poppers have a round bottoms and others are flat. I assume the flat bottoms create more splash than a rounded bottom. Is there any other purpose for the different bottoms? Is one type preferred more in a certain condition than the other? Thanks.
