  2. CM, how very insipid of you. (and ya didnt even post a report) Now go back , post a report so we can all come down and crowd ya, cast over yer line, etc, etc, etc. All in the name of helping out your fellow fisherpersons of course

  5. Good point Tim. Ya think its maybe some sort of indicator that shows how many rely on internet fishin reports to dictate where and when they go? Learning is like eating a bowl of oatmean ....it stays with ya

  10. Little Christopher was in his 4th grade class when the teacher asked the children what their Uncles did for a living. All the typical answers came up -- fireman, policeman, salesman, etc... Christopher was being uncharacteristically quiet and so the teacher asked him about his Uncle John. "My Uncle's an exotic dancer in a gay cabaret and takes off all his clothes in front of other men. Sometimes, if the offer's really good, he'll go out to the alley with some guy and make love with him for money." The teacher, obviously shaken by this statement, hurriedly set the other children to work on some coloring, and took Little Christopher aside to ask him, "Is that really true about your Uncle?" "No," said Christopher, "He plays for the Cowboys, but I was too embarrassed to say so."
  11. Thats funny, tho im surprised that Chief500 didnt comment. Happy B-Day chief
  12. Is the motor raw water cooled or is it a closed system?
  13. I have the Magellan Meridian Marine unit and it is awesome to say the least. It comes with 16MB of built in background maps. Navaids, waterways, obstructions (wrecks), parks, highways, airports, etc. You name it and its in there. Its also WAAS enabled and accurate to within 3 meters. When i first got it, i walked up the road from my house and upon the return trip it put me within 3 feet of the end of my driveway (which was my initial starting point). Thats pretty damned good in my book. It came loaded with more data than most people will ever need to use, myself included. You didnt say what your price range was but this thing probably retails for around $300. Its one unit that you wont "outgrow" in a year, thats for sure! Oh yeah, forgot to mention that its waterproof and it floats too
  14. The original Boga Grip......often immitated, never duplicated....the best birthday gift ive gotten in a few years.
