It help me out a lot. check the maps out.

    http://www.fcc.gov/mb/engineering/maps/

The one thing I noticed about the coverage maps, is that they don't indicate how many different channels each station broadcasts....Most of the stations I pick up on my antenna are broadcasting 2-3 channels, each....So, for each station you can pick up, you can add 2-3 more on your selections...

I'm picking up about 12 channels, including ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and PBS....Hooray for free TV! (even as lousy as it is, at least it's free)

  2. View PostHis constituents don't care about any of that. All the liberal wringing of hands and anguish over Gitmo, the war in Iraq, etc., was all for show in the demonization of Bush and the GOP. The promises about all that made by Obama was just for show to demonize Bush and the GOP (remember, McCain was modeled as Bush Junior for the sake of the campaign). Obama can renounce everything he promised or said during his campaign and it will all be OK as long as he doesn't renounce his position on wealth redistribution. That's the one and only thing that really matters to liberals. Everything else was, is and will continue to be smoke and mirrors.

It's a given that the "redistribution of wealth" is their agenda, but I'm more inclined to believe that the "redistribution of morality" (aka the lack of it), is the equivalent of bringing an end to the America of freedom and wealth, which has always relied on the Divine Intervention of a God who rewards us with His freedom and prosperity....(not to get off the subject)

And Gitmo as far as I've seen, has not been an unholy path.....pretty rough for some detainees, but not evil in any way in any of the supposed "tortures", which the media has brought to "light"....The fact we are even concerned about torture and the truth of what happened there, is an example of how have the freedom to investigate, and publish it...and little else.

But seriously, if you want to make a dig at everyone you assign to team Republican, you can't get your panties in a bunch over a well deserved dig back. One of the least endearing things about you is that you love dishing out that which you don't take well yourself. You start **** and then snivel when you get *****-slapped.

Does this mean he gives it but doesn't know how to take it?...nothing new there...!

what prevents you from chastising them? you feel free to post every commplaint you have with me... incessantly.

    get your house in order,

and stop complaining about me putting a spotlight on right wing ugliness.

So now RW is "responsible for all right wing ugliness? (whats wrong about right wing ugliness?) And you are personally responsible for all the left wing crap? OK....I can live with that...LOL...

View PostIs the paste eating kid REALLY yapping about what some people are calling the President...??? Really!!?? After the crap he's spewed the last eight years!!?? Priceless.

    Absolutely priceless, Jim...LOL..

  4. View Post, but the merciful justice thing," am I wrong if I want to take the muslim extremist, "that murdered the army recruiter" and drag his face across the pavement, after I stomped on his head all day? Is there any hope for me?

Justice is often served by death....and mercy as well...And no, I cannot blame anyone for wanting retribution and justice when the reasons are sufficient to warrant it.

Some worry about the message that is being sent.

"Even if I were perfectly comfortable with open-carry handguns or gun rights, it seems to me a completely whole other thing to connect those rights to Jesus Christ," said the Rev. Jerry Cappel, president of the Kentuckiana Interfaith Community, a coalition of local leaders from various religions.

Tying in the event "with one who explicitly called us to put down the sword and pick up the cross and love our enemies and turn the other cheek, it just makes no sense," he said.

And the one who called us to put down the sword and pick up the cross, and love our enemies and turn the other cheek, also said, lest it be forgotten:

    in Luke 22: 35-38

35Then Jesus asked them, "When I sent you without purse, bag or sandals, did you lack anything?"

    "Nothing," they answered.

36He said to them, "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one. 37It is written: 'And he was numbered with the transgressors'[b]; and I tell you that this must be fulfilled in me. Yes, what is written about me is reaching its fulfillment."

38The disciples said, "See, Lord, here are two swords."

    "That is enough," he replied.

Obama had to cave to the left and now he is stuck.

I really don't think it's so much a cave, but keeping his promise to his constituents...after all, he is one! But it also seems as if he's "growing up" in the Presidency, and learning that many of his liberal notions are hopeless in the face of the facts that only a POTUS would know or be privy to....Who knows, maybe he will grow up and change....but I'm not counting on it...Nevertheless, I will credit him when he acts with sound judgment or strength of character. Not that he has much credit going for him now....

  7. View PostI want to live in a state which respects and protects all human life. You never know when somebody might find you "inconveniet" Little.

I like to live in a state of mind.....where freedom is not determined by the state, but by personal liberty.....and justice is not blind, but merciful....

  8. Kid, you'll learn that it's not a matter of trusting people, it's a matter of trusting what's in people. Some folks have more of the good stuff to trust, and some folks less....but nobody is full enough to trust entirely....So learn where the good stuff comes from, and give it as well as get it....For the more you give, the more you receive.... (hope that gives you clue, where to find it...)

  9. View PostWhere should they stand on this? Should they be more moderate on this and support having President Obama run the company? Or should they be conservative and be against it?

I'm starting to wonder what happened to the GOP, and where did it go wrong...(left). And I thought moderates were supposed to be candidates, not the party trends....

Think I'll go back to my cave along with the other primitives....and let the country finish going to hell in a handbasket....

  10. View PostWhy aren't you condemning the mothers also?

They made the choice to do it, not the doctor. He never forced them to do it.

I'm not condemning anybody...just the action. If the mothers were able to do this to themselves, then they share the same guilt. They usually have a lot of guilt hanging on them whichever way they turn. And why do we legalize murder? Especially murder of children? There is usually a long line of people who want children to adopt, is that no answer to their lack of responsibility?

he also sent a lot of big game animals to their eternal reward before he started the national park system and embraced conservation

Now, you're saying one is opposed to the other? I'm sure there are a lot of hunters who would disagree with that remark, me for one...Considering the tax hunters pay has accounted for the return of most game species that the early "market hunters" practically exterminated....And most game conservation organizations are composed of hunters....(read that hunters, not ex-hunters)

The arguments you embrace fail to substantiate.....

  12. View PostUh huh.

After putting down a few animals of my own, I well understand the responsibility of terminating life which is near it's end and in pain....But you're comparing apples and oranges, if not horse apples with oranges....Terminating life before it even has a chance to develop and experience the gift of life....is simply murder, period.

I've been working the subtle approach,

I have my gris gris bag in my undies, to enhance my sexual potency

AND give the appearance of greater size.

    it's a win win.

Liberals weasel up on the subtle, but with my boldness, I usually have no problem leaving before they close the bar....with my pick. (and shovel?)

  14. View PostSantiago explained hospice to me a while back as a process of fatally ODing a person on painkillers. Thousands of such people are murdered every year.

If he did, evidently, you failed to understand it...Hospice gives grace to dying with care for living...not terminating life!

  15. View PostReports described him "as one of about only three doctors in the country" who performed third trimester abortions.

I'm elated....good riddance to bad medicine..maybe if he had been aborted,....but then he didn't get aborted, and had his chance to live...killing as he was killed, but with a life to look back on, unlike the aborted babies he deprived of life.....

  16. View Postyou say tomato I say tomato?

    tell me Im pretty.

    You're pretty....Now do I get a touch?

And personally, if this is about the mom running off with her kid, I'm all for it, and would put them up at my place as long as they need..Anytime the state begins to dictate the "needs and treatment" terms, we've stepped from freedom to "big brother" and the mindset of state induced mentality....
