I have a OMEN black 7'1" 3/16 to 5/8 oz. and a OMEN black 6'10" !/8 to 1/2 oz. The reel is a van staal vr 50 with 20lb braid. Which one of these rods will work and can i get away with the 20Lb braid. Thanks for any reply's

Looking for a plier sheath for a Donnmar 6 1/2" pliers.

To stop my reels from sliding I put a small strip of gorilla duct tape on the underside of the reel seat. It seems to raise the height of the reel stem and stops the slipping. Try it .

Bluefishmaster. That's exactly the tiger tails i was talking about.

Back in the 70's. We called them Tiger Tails They were deadly on Weakfish. One year they wanted short tails and the next year they wanted longer tails. This brings back lots of memories.

Was down there about 3 weeks ago and the road after Ralph's fishing station was closed down. Could not get to the pier. Anyone know what happened to the road.

Have the Tsunami Salt x 9.6" with a VR 50 Very sweet and very light setup. Can fish all day even at my age 83.
