  1. Off my dock? I live on Badger's Island West. The " back channel". I have hooked up and been pulled like a mutha. A pfd is a must. At the very least, they can find the body. I have seen people pinned against a dock after shooting through the run between the shore and the rocks. Had to go down and help them out. It's a good river, but challenging. Being proficient in " self rescue " is a must. Leave the yak and swim to shore.
  2. Just curious if they are in the river yet?
  3. I fish the Piscat in my kayak. It's my primary boat of choice. Mostly the back channel. Been kayak fishing for 20 yrs or so.
  4. Well, I live on the back channel and catch them off my dock, so I usually know when they are here. I haven't really made too much of an attempt in all fairness.
  5. I for one, would gladly pay to go dig clams. Down here in Kittery, everything will poison you.
  6. Haven't seen anything here in the Pisc! Nada, nothing, zip! No pic no believe.
  7. Don't know. It's tough to fish without a skiff or kayak. Worth a try, I guess.
  8. I guess they must be in the Piscataqua too?
  9. Hey I live in Kittery too. Ever try the pond by sue's seafood. Ya know the one by that crappy place with all the buses parked there?
  10. How big and where the heck did you catch that?
  11. In southern Maine, are they here yet? In the Piscataqua?
  12. I guess they changed this place since I last posted, so I posted in the wrong spot. Anyway when will they arrive here in the piscataqua river? I mean with the crazy cold winter we had. Care to speculate? Thanks, John
  13. Not sure if this the right spot for this, but, any Idea when the stripers will be moving into So. Maine, this year? Been a long cold winter! Thanks
