Hit the outgoing on Saturday Night. Rain had stopped, however Mr Wind was kickin it. Worked a couple of spots in the northern arena. 2 bumps on a paddle tail otherwise fish were busy checking their brackets. Couple of more degrees and it should get lively

Did annual pilgrimage, with some of the boys from work, to a non descript OC Island with some erosion problems last evening. They were there along with dozens of others. They had not caught anything, chunking bunker, and clams. I down sized and gave it a go with a 3/4 oz white bucktail an flat jig. Tipped them with some gulp, hoping for fluke. It was a long shot because of water temperature, however the cocktail blue family must have been having a party in the trough because they were very accommodating on ripping the gulp up. Switched up to cheaper bait and had a good time. Threw some live snakes, after dark. I have to refine my technique on these Circle hooks (Translation: I Foxtrotted up a lot). Had a couple of big strikes and dropped a few in the wash. Smalls were only 20 ft off beach and the larger ones were out behind the bar by the breaking wave.

Pause for a minute tomorrow, count your blessings Saw this earlier in the week, from People mag. For nearly 80 years, World War II veteran and D-Day survivor William "Willie" Kellerman hadn't received official recognition of his sacrifices due to a paperwork error. That changed on Tuesday, when the 97-year-old was presented with a Purple Heart, Bronze Star and Prisoner of War Medal by Gen. James C. McConville, the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, at Fort Hamilton Community Club in Brooklyn, New York. Good Job Mr. Kellerman. As you said without them, things could be a lot more different. Now back to the bitching.

Hope all is well with you, just don't over exert yourself. Think the bass are nervous now.

Technically the contractor is. BTW are they using local labor or imports from other states. The rat should make and appearance. Love to see the patterns between Philly NYC and Mcguire AFB, the prop advertisers may have some problems.

The notices go conveniently in nondescript newspapers with little circulation. They justify this as notification of the public, yet tax dollars are spent for electronic signs at the town halls and other township facilities that are not used. No duplicitous politician in NJ is ever going to change this rule even though all this technology is out there like the Honeywell systems that notify people of what is going on in schools etc. How long is the the tax break for on the new structure, are they buying more fire trucks in the event there is a problem at these mega structures. Lastly are these just DCs or will they be delivering from them. Lots of trucks on the road and lots of parking needed. Don't envy anyone living by this.

Why don't they ship what they have instead of waiting to consolidate? Then have there vendor drop ship you the line. Lot of problems with the LTL trucks with the amount of pallets they can move this time of the year, sounds like they are waiting for their stock order to come in. Did check Rapala/Sufix site and it was in stock there reg shipping is free. Not sure on delivery window. As others pointed out cx the line and get from somewhere else, get the other stuff that is in stock

They stayed out, baby whale was eating heartily. DA in a boat kept cutting through seemed to push them away from beach. Guys went on end of jetty and popped out a couple of shorts. Was hoping for a move in. Never came.
