  2. I need to hit up the Susky this year.. I did one trip last year with Mikes guide service for some smallies but getting the itch for another trip this year... we need more warm weather!!
  3. Bump... breaking out an oldie but goodie.. Man has my setups have changed!!!!!! I will post pics shortly!!
  4. Hope you guys have been doing well. Its been a minute since i signed onto the site.. Just checking some posts out and saying hello! Lets pray for some better weather soon.. not sure how much longer i can take it!!!
  5. It certainly will not happen this year.. too much work needs to be done on the bridge first.. I hope it doesnt happen to be honest..
  6. damn cant believe this thread is still alive! lol
  7. thats not a shad.. but nice catch!
  8. I always replace my line before the season begins (april), and depending on how much i use that set up, usually by end of june/beggining of july i reline everything again. I'm very anal when it comes to line..
  9. I use casting for spinnerbaits but you can use spinning gear of course as long as the action is right..
  10. you certainly have the right idea already.. i would also suggest 5" senkos or yum dingers.. weedless hook it and cast..
  11. as long as you had chest high waders and something to put your extra tackle on (ie; boogie board) you will be fine. The fishing there is excellent for the most part. I wish i knew someone who owned a house on the lake, i would so take advantage of it!!!
  12. as long as the water temps are warmer than usual then expect an earlier spawn.. not by much but i am sure it will be earlier then past years.
  13. I would keep trying, maybe email them.
