  1. An amazing find...I am addicted to "Bustelo" one of the best cups of coffee around. I am trying to give it up too much caffeine, I am down to 16 ounces a day....
  2. Great video, kids did a fantastic job. Question, where is the fish in the video?
  3. What's all the fuss about....(clap, clap, clap) https://youtu.be/sQQZcyggPMU
  4. This sounds like a doable experiment, someone needs try it out. Also sounds like a new product in the making; "Tsunami Laser Glow Shads"
  5. Sounds like something from Austin Powers
  6. One of favorite is the Dorothy B out of Atlantic Highlands. Capt Kevin is a great Capt and his crew is top notch and the operation is family orientated. With young guys the benefits of the Atlantic Highland are the options of the location, if the weather is challenging and the wave "sporty" you have the option of the Raritan Bay. Nothing worst then group of sea sick kids out front in the ocean.
  7. I thought it was a joke, its not....https://beachnboat.com/events/golden-nugget/leader-board/ Imagine catching a 2 lb bluefish throwing it back thinking its just not worth keeping for a tournment.
  8. Mary Lee is tagged and trackable. Both Mary Lee and Katherine have been tracked a stones throws from shore and inlets. It makes you think off all the great whites that are not satellite tracked and going about their business around our shores on a daily basis.
  9. A potential felony an Angler Caught Cheating in Big Bass Tournament in Texas http://www.scout.com/outdoors/********/story/1593979-angler-caught-cheating-in-big-bass-tournament During the recent Sealy Big Bass Splash on Lake Fork, Sept. 18-20, an angler tried to fraud the tournament organizers to win the under the slot prize of $2,500. He took a pair of snips and modified and trimmed the tail of a bass so it would measure under the slot limit and take the cash prize......

  12. Driving to Atlantic Highlands to catch a party boat, stopped off at local a B&T on the way to pickup two packets of Gulp Alive 6 inch grubs. Cost was over $9.70 per packet. On the way home noticed all three B&T shops charged the same price. That night go to a Dicks Sporting the cost was $6.70 and that had a buy one get one free special. When I go the register to cash out at Dicks the guy hands me a rebate for $5. My cost at a local B&T for two packet of Gulp $19.40. The same two packets at Dicks - $ 6.70 or $1.50 (after rebate) Into supporting my local B&T but that is big difference in price.
  13. As of Saturday afternoon the turned it around and have a tug boat connected. The beach smelled of diesel though I didn't see an signs of a spill.

  15. A lot of this doesn't make sense since most of the saltwater fishing/shellfish noted are migratory; striped bass, fluke, crabs. A fluke could be in the Arthur Kill last week and Sandy Hook Bay the next. As one wise fellow fisherman told me out of all what we shouldn't do and eat do you think eating your fish is all that bad? I am not saying I would eat a fish from the Gowanus canal sometime you should use common sense.
