R.R. Bridge Fisher
I have been looking with no success. I want a brook trout patterned lure. I will be using it for LMB fishing at my fish and game pond.We stock brookies only and last year at the spring derby we all saw a giant bass gulp a brookie close to the shore. So when i do a search i just come up with lures to catch brook trout. Can anybody tell me where to turn? Painting one myself is not an option as i have zero artistic ability. So anybody got any suggestions? I want to go for large in the spring and dont know where to look. Thanks in advance troll #122 <*)))<
PhillyHillBilly
Not sure what type of lure you're looking for but rapala makes a number of lures in brookie patterns. I have a brookie countdown minnow. Think I have a swim shad in brookie from rapala too.

peddiesake
Do a search on utube under large swim baits. There is a dude with several baits that you may be after in trout pattern and he names the makers. He is the one video publisher called tactical bassin. Good luck, hope it is what you are looking for.

kytara7
Like Philly Billy said Rapala makes a floater in various sizes.A countdown which sinks like a foot a second and husky jerks which are a suspending bait. You could cover the whole water column. [sIGPIC]Goal to catch my first 30 on a plug.
stripedbassking
Def rapala makes a great little brook trout bait, I've even caught large brook trout on it! So I'm sure the bass will loooove it! GOD made my Mold different from the rest, Then he broke that mold so I know I'm Blessed.
R.R. Bridge Fisher
I found this. Not sure about how strong it is. Seems the joints could be the weak link. I dont think it is a brand name but will see how it swims in the spring. troll #122 <*)))<

KidDkivahh
I'd check out those large soft plastic swim baits . I've seen them in rainbow trout colours but I'd bet you could get them with Brook trout colours if you do some searching .

kytara7
Looks like saltwater hooks on that plug. [sIGPIC]Goal to catch my first 30 on a plug.
stripedbassking
Sebile also makes those soft magic swimmers that are rubber, I think they have a trout pattern, might be good on a hook shy fish if you can bury that hook in some rubber GOD made my Mold different from the rest, Then he broke that mold so I know I'm Blessed. KidDkivahh
You could take a shot at painting that plug in Brookie colours . You don't have to try to make it match perfectly as long as it coloured to generally match the main colour scheme of one.

I can troubleshoot a control panel or splice 13,000 volt wires. Go figure. thanks for input guys. troll #122 <*)))<
