A federal judge in Pennsylvania has ruled President Barack Obama's recent executive actions on immigration unconstitutional, but the decision came in a criminal case, leaving its broader impact uncertain.”

Before he [our president] enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

an executive order in itself isn't a problem. When it's done to articulate to dept/staff how to carry out the laws passed by congress it's warranted. When it's done to circumvent congress is the problem.

 

 

Bush and Obama with have used it to bypass congress on a regular basis. The American public had put up with it because of their disgust with Congress. I'm glad a judge has finally stepped in. Now lets fixed congress and vote them all out
