fishinambition
I should prolly be one. But I dont see much about the democrat party that's very democratic or liberal.
zybathegeek
I should prolly be one. But I dont see much about the democrat party that's very democratic or liberal. So should I, but we both still have our moral compasses. Politicians and diapers should be changed often and regularly, invariably for the same reason. ______________________________________________________________ "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time." fishinambition
Democrats were right to oppose executive orders under Bush, yet they support a wannabe dictator of the worst kind. They blindly supported a healthcare bill that is the exact opposite of liberal.

I think I am a VERY moral person, I just don't believe my morals should be legislated. on the GOP side, I see a lot of immoral people seemingly with a desire to legislate morality in order to force themselves to behave. Being a victim helps. Doesn't have to be much, you just need to feel someone owes you something for some injustice you may or may not have actually faced personally. fishnmagician
I vote Democrat because on a majority of issues I support what is theoretically the Dems position over what is theoretically the GOP position. fishinambition
this is jibber jabber. What's liberal about the ACA? Not only does it mandate that you have insurance, but also when you can buy it. What's liberal about that?

FrankStar
I registered Democrat this past year only because I live in Philadelphia and the real mayoral and councilmanic elections are the Democratic primaries. Previously, I was registered Independent. Pissants don't get to assign positions to me. Think of my posts as Rorschach tests. How you respond to them tells more about you than it does about the post. I also do not respond to deflections.
fishinambition
why do you view that as an admission of ignorance? Willful ignorance, it's common for the left. Ill support the guy that, in theory, does democrat stuff. never mind what he actually does. What's liberal about the ACA?

I registered republican for the first time a few years ago cuz I was dumb enough to think Ron Paul might last long enough into the primaries for me to bother voting for him.
