Robert Williams
If you think he should have been indicted on any of the charges be sure to tell us the evidence that convinced you there was probably cause that a crime was committed and that Darren Wilson committed it. I accidentally fired off the poll before I could provide all the possible answers. So just respond and cite yes, or no. If yes, then what charge and a brief explanation of what evidence you considered to be probably cause for the crime.

ovenrat
NO, (short for nonsense).....with these two morons, soetoro and holder, if there was ANY WAY they could have "influenced" an indictment, THEY WOULD HAVE ALREADY if anyone should be indicted IT'S THEM ! Plug and teaser
No, no evidence at all that he broke the law. But I also think a more experienced officer may have been able to handle the incident without loss of life. Who really knows.

epanzella
Which brings us to the gorilla in the room. Should a cop treat a white assailant and a black assailant differently? Should he be trained to treat them differently? Ed Panzella "BAITS MOTEL" - 2450 Maycraft Pilothouse Higganum, Ct
HugeDinghy
I'd say that I honestly don't know as I haven't looked at every piece of evidence. I will say, that from what I have seen I don't think he should have been. I can definitely say that I trust in the GJ's decision not to indict. Mokes
Which brings us to the gorilla in the room. Should a cop treat a white assailant and a black assailant differently? Should he be trained to treat them differently? No, lol. What? "The toothless, braindead, *********, geriatric mouthbreathers around here love their "safe space". lichum
Which brings us to the gorilla in the room. Should a cop treat a white assailant and a black assailant differently? Should he be trained to treat them differently? Emphatically no. In the criminal justice system, "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" begins with equal treatment by police officers acting under color of law. True justice is dispassionate, impartial, and color-blind. Proponents of "racial justice," which is a contradiction in terms and a perversion of justice, would argue that police officers should treat black assailants differently from white ones. A police officer's disparate treatment of assailants based on their skin color would be patently unjust. "Who is John Galt?" Who? You?
Olbarny
Which brings us to the gorilla in the room. Should a cop treat a white assailant and a black assailant differently? Should he be trained to treat them differently? No, "assailants should be treated the same....irrespective of their color. Which is pretty much what Wilson said in his interview with Stephanopolis. I'm a straight, white, Republican male.....what else can I do to piss you off?
Nessmuk
No. I don't have any more evidence than the GJ to say otherwise.
dena
As a White man, I would fully expect to be shot if I went to pummeling a police officer, and tried to grab his gun. That is a major reason I don't do so. Material abundance without character is the path of destruction. -Thomas JeffersonThere are two ways to be fooled.
