JimG Posted November 20, 2014 Report Share Posted November 20, 2014 I started Monday. I have been eating oatmeal, yogurt, salad and soup for the most part. I had a big salad for lunch Monday and again on Wednesday. Breakfast has been oatmeal and yogurt every day. Tuesday I had brown rice with some grilled chicken for lunch Soup for dinner the past 2 nights. (I dont remember Monday nights dinner.... i think i skipped a meal) I haven't stocked the lake with brown trout since Monday morning. Going on 4 days now. ..... and I am eating salad man .... salad.... and oatmeal. This is going to be bad..... really bad Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't know...the wife puts it all in mason jars for me to grab and go in the morning. She must love me because she could give me bacon each morning and she is less than 10 years away from a nice life insurance payment Pineapple would be good. We were in a uhaul on the road and when it hit, I had less than a minute and I knew it. We happened to be by my gym, I made him pull over and I ran in. I remember my "output" decreasing when I started watching my diet last January. It'll balance out. Keep hydrated. Fiber gummies also help.
