TBD
The famous fishing piers have been closed for good. Word on the street is because it was unsafe, Word around town is because of the element it brought and the disrespectful way they left it after fishing as well as disturbing the neighborhood on their way out. Either way its closed - and it seems- for good'' TBD TBD CC

sytheteacher
In Brooklyn piers and fishing areas are left in a mess. When some fishermen leave an area they are leaving their bait and garbage behind. The seagulls will never starve. Bait is being cut on the tops of square rails creating thousands of knife slit marks exposing the rail that have been powder coated to the elements. Bait and blood stains all over the area. You know that fishermen was there. Benches and rail that has been decorated with plastic bags. People destroy their own environment.
Cascade
I feel bad for the few, very few, who didn't leave crap all over the place. Now the"element" will find some other area to destroy. I can only hope they are stopped from fishing the main bridge. Adios.

stinkyfingers
This state is going to s#t. Tickets/fines to the legitimate and no penalties if you come illegally. Great f%;:#In system we have here. Promote ignorance and abuse, penalize respectful. Boat fishing seems to be the option, but it's not the same. there should,t be an element at all ***!!!! Leatherface
LIDA is fighting to keep that area open. I heard a while back it was a structural issue.
