bassbanker
Andrus used to be my commercial store go-to. In my opinion there are better ones available in the Commercial BST here on SOL
RL Bucktails
Andrus, blue frog surf style. I look for good hair and wrap and a strong quality larger sized hook. When we look back on our lives, our most precious commodity will have been time. Time shared with the ones we love. Don't wait for time to be convenient, find the time, make the time, for this is what you will cherish most.

Perch
You should consider learning to tie bucktails during the off season. Its a good way to kill time. If you can get "CHUCK'S BUCKS" bucktails i would grab a few. They're well made LIBBA #2445 -- 2010 Ford Ranger Sport 4X4 Â You can find me cruising the beach in the fall. johnnycakes
All posts are correct so far. Even though Andrus and Blue frog are high quality, there are many guys that are garage type and produce great Bucktails. Often at a big savings. Jersey Bill is my go to guy. He can be found in the lower lot ( between tides) this time of year plays well with others

largemouthbass2
I suggest SPRO buck tails with my favorite being white head with white tail
AtTheBar
Tin Man in the Commercial BST is definitely worth a mention and will agree with the other brands named in above post. As for what I look for that depends on many factors (quality is number one). I often prefer a "front pull" and always have some bullet style in my bag in varying sizes. Hair density is something I take into consideration for profile and sinking rate. I carry white and black generally but have a couple of Tin Mans wine red and a chartreuse or two. :rav:

Dan's tails are premium for sure just ordered my second batch from him. He is a nice guy and a pleasure to deal with as well. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.
