evansc
In hopes for some drum and other large game fish in the surf I have started using clam as one of my baits and I have been using dental floss to tie on the clam... There has to be an easier way... Has anyone ever tried pantyhose? What's tricks do you guys know of??? I apologize if there is already 100s of topics on this however when I used the search feature I came up empty handed... Thanks guys!

Buckscorider
I use the rubber bands that the post office uses. I don't know the size but I tie two knots in the center, then cut the band into two pieces. The size and strength works great for clams..... Crushed barbs save fish, keep that rod bent! ReelinRod
Elastic sewing thread Rig with two beads above hook (I crimp) pinch the clam onto the beads and wrap. You can’t truly call yourself “peaceful” unless you are capable of great violence. If you are incapable of violence, you are not peaceful, you are just harmless.
