Dan Tinman
Here's a "heads up" for the plug maker guys. I found a source for Alaskan yellow Cedar that will accommodate small orders. They have it in 2 x 2 x 48" pieces only. Current price is $8.28 each 48" piece plus tax and shipping. Here it is: Medford Cedar Products, inc 59 Old Red Lion rd Southampton, N.J. 08088 609-859-1400 -
lazzyone
Unfortunately, shipping with them nearly doubles the cost of your order. Living the dream... one sick day at a time!!

Charleston
I have purchased many lengths of AYC from Medford in the past. I can remember when it was $2 for a three footer. I am old but I'm slow.
Sudsy
$8  That's between $2 and $3 a blank - eff that I just wanta play everyday despite small nagging injuries -- and go home to a woman who appreciates how full of crap I truly am. ~ Crash Davis  Social Distancing since 1962
edfrompa
Actually IMHO, not unreasonable if you can pick it up there. Re-sawing to fill small orders is time consuming and you end up eating the waste. Even #1 clear will show a flaw here and there which, quality resellers will not ship or rack. "Certain" usually means being dead wrong- at the top of your lungs. Jeff Cooper
