Complex humor is for sissies.

The village, which had stood for maybe 1,000 years, didn't know we were coming that day. If they had, they would have run. boB was at the eye of our rage. And through him, our Captain Ahab. He would set things right again. That day, we loved him.

In the opinion of this simple mind, someone like Robin Williams and or Dennis Miller and they're crazy cross references.

You have to know some politics, movies, current events, local events, etc. I saw RW at PPAC, he was throwing in (ad lib) RI political and local knowledge jokes.

Example given:  A cooler full or organs accompanied with a "Free Samples" sign--will get the reaction that one would expect.

At my age, just about everything pisses me off!

To me, your example isn't an example of "complex humor."

How about some examples; rather than how you feel about a certain comedian(s).

I realize it's a lot easier to give your opinion, "I don't like you're taste in comedians." - :kook:
